Established Oncolines® bioinformatics analyses can aid the identification of predictive drug response biomarkers for anti-cancer agents. In these analyses, drug response parameters from cancer cell panel profiling studies are related to characteristics of the cell lines (e.g., gene mutation status, gene expression levels or protein expression levels) to find sensitivity or resistance markers.
